FORKLIFT LPG TANK SAFETY VALVES - 485-417 SERIES
- The SRG Type 485-417 valve is an external pressure relief valve system designed for LPG storage tanks. It features a check valve with a 1 1/4" NPT tank connector, and the safety valve is equipped with a straight thread and bonded seal.
This allows for easy removal and replacement of the safety valve without the need to depressurize the tank. The safety valve is also fitted with a protective plastic cap.
The 485 valve is specifically designed to protect tanks from overpressure situations. When depressurization begins, the valve opens fully, facilitating the rapid reduction of internal pressure. It automatically closes once the predetermined pressure conditions are restored. The safety device is equipped with an elastic seat disc.
