FORKLIFT LPG TANK SAFETY VALVES - 485-913 SERIES
- The SRG Type 485 is an external pressure relief valve specifically engineered for LPG storage tanks with a capacity of up to 3 tons.
It is equipped with a 1" NPT container connection and includes a protective plastic cap for added safety.
The primary purpose of the valve is to safeguard the tank from overpressure situations. When triggered, it rapidly reduces internal pressure by opening fully.
It utilizes a resilient seat disc for reliable closure and automatically shuts once the vessel reaches normal pressure levels.
The relief valve is designed with a parallel thread configuration and incorporates an isolating device, facilitating straightforward replacement without the need for tank depressurization. Additionally, the valve is safeguarded against unauthorized adjustments through lead-sealed screws and body, ensuring its integrity.
