FORKLIFT LPG TANK SAFETY VALVES - 485-911 SERIES
The SRG Type 485 is an external pressure relief valve designed for LPG storage tanks up to 3 tonnes capacity. It has a 1" NPT container connection and comes with a protective plastic cap.
The valve is intended to protect the tank from overpressure situations by rapidly reducing internal pressure when it opens.
It features a resilient seat disc for closure and will automatically close once normal vessel pressure is restored.
The relief valve has a parallel thread design with an isolating device, allowing for easy replacement without depressurizing the tank. The valve is secure against unauthorized adjustments with lead-sealed screws and body.
